Boot Camp
Got Cardio? This class is a high energy workout designed to get you in shape. A fusion of aerobic and anaerobic muscle conditioning (circuit style) combining step, kickboxing, calisthenics and no "dancey" choreography
Cardio Interval
Short intervals of cardio blasts and lift and sculpt
Kickboxing
Power up with this upper and lower body workout using boxing techniques. Minimal choreography involved, but lots of cardio work. Suitable for all kickbox levels.
Strike Zone
Get ready to move and sweat! A heart-pumping workout that offers an intense combination of shadow boxing and heavy bag drills: designed to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance (both lower and upper body) with minimal choreography.
Kickboxing Skills and Drills
Power up with this upper and lower body workout using boxing techniques. Lace up the gloves and prepare for a concentrated and well focused class that emphasizes speed and form on the equipment. Suitable for all levels.
SPINNING® (All fitness levels)
The latest in group exercise training. Participants cycle together for an amazing overall body workout. You have to experience it for yourself. Limited to 14 participants per class on a first-come-first-serve basis.
SPINNING® and Core(All fitness levels)
Combines Spinning and Core training exercises that strengthen and stabilze the spine, shoulder and pelvic gurdles for a more efficient ride.

FLEXIBILITY/POSTURE
Senior Mobility(Geared towards Seniors)
A class to aid individuals in recognizing and reacting in the event of a fall. Designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility and gait patterns. 20 minutes each of ball stability, standing balance and strengthening exercises.
Soothing Stretch(All fitness levels)
A class of deep slow stretching, that will relax our body and your mind
Yoga (All fitness levels)
A class that blends breathing, movement, stretches, meditation, and more. Great for mind, body, and spirit as well as beginners.
Progressive Aerobic Circuit Exercise Class (PACE)
Interval PACE
Do you like a little variety? Then this class is for you. Various time intervals make this class fun.
Lunch Bunch
This class is short on time, but not on fun. Thirty minutes of high energy PACE designed to get you back to work with a smile.
SCULPTING/STRENGTH TRAINING
The abdominal and body sculpting classes will include a brief warm-up, flexibility and stretching.
ABS-olutely(All fitness levels)
No fancy dances moves: just pure, powerful abdominal work followed by low back strengthening.
Lift and Sculpt(All fitness levels)
An upper and lower body muscle conditioning class using a variety of resistance training devices. A great class for overall toning and strengthening the body.
Pilates (All fitness levels)
A class utilizing postures and flexibility exercises to build strength, lengthen muscles, and prevent injuries.
Body Bar (All fitness levels)
Tone and increase balance with light bars. An upper and lower body muscle conditioning class for overall toning and strenghtening the body. Class limited to 25 participants
Power Yoga (Advanced fitness levels)
An advanced class. Must have prior yoga experience.
