Stacy has taught group fitness since college when she took a step aerobics class and was hooked! Stacy has taught several group fitness classes over the years including kickboxing, weightlifting and HIIT/Tabata. During the day she still makes health a priority at her job as a mammographer. Stacy lives in State College with her son (when he is not attending PITT), daughter, and two mini-schnauzers. Her fitness passion is weightlifting so you will see that combined with step aerobics in her new class Step and Strength.
